This is an OVA from 1989 that was apparently directed by the same man who directed the Transformers movie from 1986? Unfortunately that legendary pedigree does not show itself in this OVA. It's not terrible, it's just average as far as 80s and 90s fantasy anime OVAs are concerned. It's about a warrior woman named Lemnear who's on a quest to get revenge for her parents deaths, and after that it's the same nudity and violence that you expect from this era of anime, especially the OVAs. Also action with not the worst animation but not worthy of the subject material or the director associated with it.
